Computer Education And Instructional Technology
Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology’s main objective as a 4-year undergraduate program is to train our students as successful teachers, instructional designers, educational software developers and computer-assisted learning experts. In our department, evening education is provided as well.
While many of our graduates have been appointed to primary and secondary schools as computer teachers, some of our graduates have worked as research assistants at various universities and some in various companies as web design software developers and programming development experts. Our students are also expected to obtain similar positions for the future easily as they are equipped with knowledge and skills related to the use of technology in a variety of platform in their four year education.
The courses taught in our department are Information Technology in Education, Programming Languages, Use of Instructional Material, Foundations of Computer Aided Education, Operating Systems, PC Environment Software Languages Applications, Foundations of Distance Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology and Material Development, Internet Environment Software Languages Applications, Computer Networks and Communications, Internet Applications in Education.
