Our vision is to be a faculty that trains qualified teachers who, in line with the current knowledge of the 21st century and the Turkish Higher Education Qualifications Framework, research, question, analyze, are entrepreneurial, examine and produce solutions to educational problems based on human rights, value ethical values and are socially responsible, guide education policies, contribute to knowledge production by conducting research in the field of educational sciences, conduct innovative research, integrate digital transformation into its activities with a stakeholder-oriented approach, and share and apply the knowledge produced with all national and international stakeholders.
FACULTY MISSION
To cultivate individuals who follow and apply current knowledge in their field, analyze problems and develop evidence-based solutions, take responsibility and have the competence to work independently, can self-evaluate, possess a lifelong economic attitude, act in accordance with socio-cultural and ethical values, can participate as team members, are aware of how social balance, quality and values can be achieved, and are digitally proficient. To organize learning environments in a way that allows faculty and students to freely discuss and find solutions to educational problems; To create an environment that protects national values, values academic work, is open to collaboration, continuously produces and shares knowledge, supports creativity and knowledge production, incorporates innovation in science and technology into all educational processes, and enhances quality; To organize congresses, symposiums, panels, conferences, workshops, etc., in cooperation with national and international institutions and organizations, to prepare projects and publish; To provide students, academic and administrative staff with physical conditions suitable to their needs, ensuring their interaction, communication and access to information; to act with and maintain a management approach that is transparent, adheres to ethical values, is democratic, builds trust in service, and ensures the participation and satisfaction of all stakeholders.
